Default Which profile 275?

I'm looking at picking up a set of oe 18x9.5's. The calcs are that a 275/35/18 is 0.07" smaller total diameter (-0.28% vs stock) and 275/40/18 is 1.02" larger (+3.83%). The 35's are closer to stock but I see a lot of people here run the 40's. Is there any advantage/disadvantage to either size? Car is lowered about 1.25" on Strano springs with konis. Thanks.

I have 275/35-18's up front and 295/35-18's in the rear. I also have the Koni/Strano setup. Springs were new in this pic and have since settled quite a bit. Hopefully they fully settle this summer.

Do the fronts ever rub?

I hope my front springs settle in a little bit two, because the gap on the front is larger then the back But then again I did remove some weight from the front.
