Default Another Short Shifter Option Possibly

I have been on the forums for a quite while now and noticed a few dilemmas us V drivers have. As i have a 07 CTS-V I have always wanted a cheaper option for an aftermarket short shifter. I know about PISUNOFF's shifters which are definitely are a great alternative to the expensive aftermarket options. With UUC being 400 and typically considered the best if money isn't an issue. I have the means to make replica shifters of the UUC design and would be able to offer them at a much lower price break.

Im just trying to see how much interest there is in this product and if its worth pursuing.

How much are we talking about? And is there a core we need to ship back?

There probably isnt a huuuuuuge market since Brian (pisnuoff) and UUC and all the others...... have probably provided more than 50% of V owners with shifters. That's just a guess though

No Core needed it will be a complete setup and probably looking at around half the price or less depending on how many i get.

Yea i realized that at this point its probably a little late in the game as most people have probably already gotten one. Would've been perfect a year ago.

Keep me on your list of people to hit up when you are ready.

Will you be using the same UUC bushings?

I think it would all depend on your setup fee and how much it is going to cost you out of pocket.... If you can just make them straight out of the barn, why not? ya know

The bushings i would just get directly from UUC seeing as their not too expensive it would just be added on to the cost, but the shifter kit would include everything needed. But like i said probably looking at half the price at least of their kit. I'm going to be figuring out cost within the next few days so ill keep you updated

I've heard PISNUOFF's shifter is the best shifter for these v1's, whether money is an issue or not. The UUC shifter costs 150 bucks or so, and then you pay 250 for the UUC name brand

Interested as well. Why not consider CS's shifter bushing? Help out the mom n pop shops! Theyve done a lot for the V community....
