Default torque differences between nxl/tnt

On my cammed 00 ws-6 with a TNT 150 (375/533) shot I laid down WAY more torque than my cammed/heads z06 (416/511) with an NXL 120 shot. Is this due to the lack of fuel (which I'm assuming) on the NXL, or the smaller dose of nitrous (doesn't NX rate at crank, TNT at wheels?)

TIA

Forgot to mention, this is where the dyno operator about soiled hisself when it hit, he lifted off the gas. Then he got back on it.
