Default Looking for a good shop to work on my TransAm 1995

Can somebody recommend a good shop in the Torrance, Lomita, Redondo Beach, Hawthorne (Los Angeles county) area? I need to have some mechanical work done on my LT1 and the few times I trusted a shop to do work on my car things got very bad... I usually do most of the work myself but I do suspect that this time this will end by having to rebuild/replace the engine and I do not have the tools/skills for this kind of work.

Any shop recomendation is very welcome. Thanks in advance.

Could you give us an idea of what's going on with your car/engine? There are a lot of mechanically-skilled individuals here in SoCal, unless you are firmly set on having a shop work on it.
