Any good, inexpensive shops that can do some LT1 work? I need to get some stuff done with some realitic timelines, and not be raped for crazy labour.

Champion Motors is good.

Also RevN High in Pickering is very reasonable.

After spending so much time on this forum I now realize that I can just drive across the boarder and having an American shop do it would cost me half the price.

True, but if anything happens (poor install, part craftsmanship), then you have to drive all the way back. Might as well get it done in your "back yard" IMO.

Well, as for driving across the border consider:

(1) How long will the work take? Do you need to stay there over night?
(2) Warranty on the work = hassel.
(3) How much cheaper are you going to get it done?

And what exactly are you looking to get done?
