Special Edition Vehicles - My new 01 WS6, Bought 3-3-11

Well i saw an add on a local craigslit out here in Hawaii. for this WS6 for 6k. With only 33k miles. And figured it was way to good to be true. Almost didn't even respond to the add because it was on another island. But i did, Next thing i know i was flying over to take a look at it. And buy it and put it on the boat back to the big island. Well when i bought it i was told it had exhaust and a system in it. And the vette rims with the 315's in the rear, Then found out they forgot to mention that there was a 3500 stall in it. So figure that was a bonus.
Then once i got it home i crawled under to car to find out it has BMR, BMR subframe connectors, BMR tubular LCA's with LCA relocation brackets, and a TA girdle diff. cover, Front KYB adustabel shocks, And i believe a racetronic fuel pump. Looks like there wiring ran to the fuel pump. Pace setter headers, And hooker cat back, And thats what i have found so far. Thinking that might just be everything. Also has a twisted insanity, Nitrous controller mounted inside. Witch they fabed up the center conceal for it. But is not hooked up, Was thinking about removing it. However would have to replace the center counsel if so.

So im thinking i got a good deal for 6k on an 01 ws6 with 33k original miles?
Only bad thing is on the hood there is some spots where the clear coat bobbled up and needs to be fix. as well as one small spot near the gas tank. And a little dent there as well. Other then that she is clean and beautiful!

Sure hope not. don't seem like it. When i got though the passenger side window did not work, But all i did was take it out and do the thermal bypass mod and now it works better then the driver side now. That and head light was making noise. But just turned the gear and now that's fixed. And also had an exhaust leak. But a new clamp fixed that. And the clear coat of course. But other then that. They had it posted for more but didn't sell and they were getting shipped off to a new location. And where moving in two weeks. So they dropped the price drastically for a quick sell, So far the thing seems to run great!

Im sure i can double my money out here on this car no problem, But i cant let it go! I fell in love! I actualy have had two trans am's in the bast. However and ex gf wrecked one.. A black ws6, Then i went out and bout just the basic white trans am. And she pretty much ran off with that car lol.. So i learned an expensive lesson for sure! Was a few years ago. And always wanted another one. But never thought i would actually get one tell i seen the deal on this one. And im just a couple islands over. It cost me like 240$ to ship it to my island, To ship it back to the mainland. If i ever move back. Its usually about 1100 or so,

Haha, I know! believe me i have learned my lesson. And i have nothing to do with her now indays. And no one even drives this one but me! Sad i had to learn the hard way. But that's life lol.

Its a twisted insanity nitrous controller, Its not hooked up.. And the rest of the nitrous setup was taken out. Im assuming they left this because they custom fab work they did to the consul. Been trying to deiced what im going to do about this. If i just leave it. Or see if i can find another center counsel and replace it.
