Default l92 heads -- wcch / lingenfelter / tsp

I am looking for some heads and Im not sure who to go with. Im not to knowlegeable with heads so I guess I will leave it to the masses.

I see than many like wcch and I am leaning that way, but what about the lingenfelter ls3 heads? They flow 350 @ 600 and wcch flows 353.7 is that a big deal when it comes to performance? Plus the lingenfelter heads come with light weight hollow stem intake valves and inconel exhaust valves where as the wcch come with stainless steal I think.

the lingenfelter heads are $1,944.95 shipped and the wcch are $2,089.56 plus shipping. Are the wcch heads worth the extra money?

I also listed tsp because they are coming out with a set of prc cast l92 heads but I dont have info on them yet.

All the big name sponsor's heads will make about the same power. That article you read from hot rod, did you notice all the heads (mast excluded) were within 1% power of each other? A dyno's repeatability could easily sway those numbers, so don't take it as the end all be all.

Don't kid yourself if you think "oh gee guys, this one has 4 more cfm according to their website, where's my visa card." It wont buy you anything. I've flowed a set of Gen 1 sbc heads at different benches, they had a 12 cfm spread and they were the same heads bro. So don't even think its apples and apples.

Bottom line is I would go with the sponsor who offers the parts your looking for, at the best price. Call them about pricing, don't just look at their website's.
