Reverse issue-need to double pump clutch
I just bought my formula which was converted over to a T56 trans. The issue I have is when you first start the car you have to pump the clutch twice for it to shift into reverse. It doesn't grind. The shifter moves over but won't push up. All the other gears work fine. Any ideas?

I have the same issue. Reverse never wants to go in haha. I'll either have to shift into 1st before reverse, or try multiple times to push it into reverse; and even then it won't go in all the way. As I'm releasing the clutch while pushing the shifter, about halfway, reverse will slide in all the way.

The car stands still at 3500 rpm; When you go to put it into reverse I don't really feel anything spinning against it. It's strange;you pump the clutch twice and it slides right in every time. I think I'll try your suggestion of bleeding it jst to see what happens.
