First neutralize the acid with some Baking Soda (Arm and Hammer) mixed in water. Then wash with good carpet shampoo /cleaner, dry. There is a very thick pad under the carpet, so hopefully the acid has not gotten down to metal, if it has, make sure the metal is neutralized and clean, then prime and paint it.
The baking soda and water also work great to clean corrosion off battery terminals and battery tray..
You may be able to cut some carpet from the extra under the rear seat to use to repair any holes. if the holes are not too big.
