Default Milling and Patriot 5.3's?

What is the normal milling of Patriot Stg 2 5.3's?

Are they just milled normally to get a clean surface, or are they taken down more to modify after chamber work?

I wonder if it's safe and/or advisable to run 91 octane tuned with this ratio.
