I'm having my 6.0 bored out to 4.005 and need head gasket help. I'm going to be using mls gaskets but they're going to deck my block and with a 6.125 rod there might be clearance issues. Do I need to use a 4.030 bore gasket or is a GM 6.0 gasket ok?

I believe the GM 6.0l MLS gasket measures out to a 4.040" bore, so you should be fine if you use that one. We typically use the part #12589227.
