Default SLP Skip Shift Eliminator

Im looking to purchase one of these and was wondering how hard the install was and if anyone had any problems with it after it was installed? And was it worth the buy? This light is getting on my nerves because it is 100% impossible to hit 2nd when it comes on and it causes me to over-rev first or lug 2nd...

Thanks in advance all.

Takes 2 minutes to install, works great. Mine has worked flawlessly for over 5 years. The only thing is, the skipshift light doesn't go away, you can still shift into second you just get the light now. I highly recommend it

Even with the CAGS eliminator, the light will still come on - but you can shift freely.

If the light annoys you, you can take out the instrument cluster, peel back the overlay, and put a piece of electrical tape over the bulb.

Thanks all. Does it come with instructions though just in case? It looks like it plugs into something that connects to another something?
