Is anybody blending their own e85?

I am going to blend mine since its only true e85 3 months out of the year for Kansas. A place was selling e98 for 3.50 a gallon I believe. Guy told me 8 gallons of e98 and 1.5 gallons on 87 (don't quote me on that tho). I figured there has to be an equation to get e85 with e70 and e98 which common sense tells me you would use less e98 and more pump fuel.
