Default Kooks/Corsa - leaks/banging help

I've got the Kooks stepped 1 3/4 x 1 7/8 headers with the ORY and first, the y-pipe connection the the I-pipe on my Cors is leaking BAD despite crawling up under there and checking and that clamp is tight as crap. Also, the I-pipe is hitting on the pass. side of the tunnel. It clearly looks WAY too close. It hits at idle about 40-50% of the time and is worse at a cold start. Where are the "adjustment points" on these exhausts. It would clearly be a waste of time to loosen everything to tighten it back up in the exact same spots. I paid waaaay too much money for this think to feel like/sound like i pulled it from a junkyard. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
