Default clutch anticipation switch

Anyone have any schematics/diagrams/ part numbers for the clutch anticipation switch on a '00 t/a? I'm in the middle of swapping in a t56 and the pedals I have unfortunately are missing this piece, I need the pigtail as well since my car is originally an a4.

From what I gather, its a 4-pin switch that should control 2 circuits. 1 contacting a ground to the pcm when closed, the other in series with the cruise control disengage circuit for the brake pedal. There seems to be some changes throughout different years however, I just want to make sure when I hook up everything and reflash the pcm to a 6spd tune that there wont be any grounds or signal voltages going where they don't belong.
