Default LS1 headers on a 5.3
Need to know if LS1 headers will work on a stock 5.3, without any issues? My real question is are the exhaust ports about the same size?

I don't see why not. I'm using C5 corvette Manifolds on a Iron block. The real question is will the headers work with your vehicle.

As long as it fits in ur vehicle like frame it will boot to the engine just fine
