I am using EFILive to accomplish what i need done..

Here is the problem:

COnverter will lock/unlock randomly, no rhyme no reason. Sometimes i will drive for 30+ miles at a speed greater than TCC apply speed (set to 50 on my car) without it locking, sometimes it will lock right at 50.
Sometimes it will stay locked for 70-80 miles, then hunt for a couple miles and then remain unlocked...intermittently hunting.

Here is the car:
98 COntroller, 3600 stall 2.1str, longtubes, ORY, exhaust, 2.73 gears (highway MPG cruiser)
I have attempted the following
Maxing out all MISFIRE tables to 32967
Putting PWM min to 97 and max to 98

Any further ideas?
should i disable PWM solenoid completely?
I took two scans today, neither of them resulted in TCC lock-up.
If i manually command lockup via EFILive the verter locks up, no problems, slippage stays under 4rpm and stays so until i disable.

Have you checked the brake switch? Thats where I would start
