Need help finding some cam events

Need help finding some cam events Okay...I've got Desktop Dyno 2000 and I am trying to plug in some cam events. The problem is I did not degree the cam when I put it in, and I do not have the cam card. Is there any way to calculate the events with normal timing at .050 lift. The cam is a LPE GT-1 cam with these specs:
218/229 Duration .560/.560 lift and a 113 LSA
I wish I had a cam card because most of the events are listed on it ex: LCA, Intake centerline etc.
Thanks all...let me know if I'm pretty much screwed too.
