Signature Testing & Design - Help with my sig

guys, I had my pic for the last 4 yrs and just decided to replace it with another one. Problem is, it says I have more then 1 in my sig and wont let me proceed? I have deleted all pics and need you to fix this so that I can add a new pic of car. Thanks

Upload it as an attachment in a reply (or upload it to any of the photo sites like www.tinypic.com) and I'll fix it for you.
