Procharger upgrades for a ls1 procharger
Hey guys I just bought a 2000 Trans Am about a month ago and am looking into putting on a p1sc Procharger. I am on a budget so I was wondering what all I need to upgrade for this add on. I've got long tube header ready to put on and the EGR is coming off at this time. Also, putting on a BBk intake. What else would be good to do at this time? I know most people say a new fuel pump and injectors and a tune is needed? Is all this true and is there anything else? Thanks

gonna need 38lb injectors and most likely a better fuel pump. get a trans cooler just to keep that cooled down. keep the procharger at 7 pis and you should be good as long as you dont beat the hell out of it. On my t/a i only had headers and a p1sc procharger 7 psi, flt level 4 trans and a built 10 bolt 3.73's and a trans cooler.

yes it is true. you definitely need a tune, and injectors and pump, don't want to run to lean trash your motor. would be very smart getting some gauges as well. Im in the same boat trying to put together a procharge set up, and trying to keep cost down. but if you cut to many corners. you will just toast your engine.
