I tried change my email address many times and won't change. There something lock on edit my email address.

I did type password then change email address. It still not work..:bang::bang:

What exactly is happening for you to believe there's a lock on your account? Error message?

When you enter your existing password, and then change your email address (note you have to type it in twice), and once you click on Save Changes button, what happens? Error message?
