New guy from Upstate NY
Hows it going, picked up my camaro last friday. Its a 2002 Z28 M6, has nice low miles, only 29K.
Some regular mods including, full length pace setter headers, true duals, high flow cats, dynomax race mufflers, slp intake.
Put some new cross-drilled and slotted rotors, and hawk hps pads on this afternoon, and was in the process of putting in a yellow-top when I went inside to wash my hands and during my friend wanted to be nice and have it done but f***** up and crossed the terminals on the battery so blew my alternator and a few fuses. So right now shes sitting still at the moment.

Welcome, great find you have there. But really, how could your friend have crossed the terminals? Lol I would be furious! And why were you putting in a yellow top and not a red top?

Cars back on the road, seemed pretty easy to take apart seeing everything is so clean underneath.
-My buddy just wasn't paying attention, and the pos and neg are on different sides than the stock battery so he just plugged them on. He knew he messed up when the cars horn went off for a sec. But its all good, he took responsibility and bought a new alternator/fuses/and a new wire clip.
-The yellow top is an old battery I have and it was in the car I sold. Because I'm a student I do hw in the car during breaks so I'll run the laptop and radio and I was tired of dead batteries.
-I'm located an hour north of albany in saratoga
-As far as moulding and emblems, the car was repainted when it was in Florida and I'm thinking he just never put it back on. I need to take the car apart a little and re-allign the front bumper and fenders. Even though it looks like a v6, when its running its really obvious its a V8 lol.
