Default For those that have done VVT cam swaps--plz help w/quick? I'm installing right NOW

I just installed my new MAST cam in my 2010 L96 truck 6.0, and the cam phaser doesn't have the traditional dot, but has a big arrow. Plz look at my pic and let me know if I'm OK on setting the dot to dot, when the phaser doesn't appear to have a dot.

While waiting on an answer, and oh btw for those doing this, directions call for 24mm socket to remove cam phaser bolt. On mine, 15/16 is a tighter better fit.

I noticed something that looks a little concerning to me. I downloaded and added arrows to your pic showing you this. It looks to me like your windage tray is missing and you have loose nuts hanging off the studs. See arrows

Sharp eyes!!
I don't plan on running that way (at least not very long), but I just have the truck pan on for now. I will swap over to the CTS-V setup once I've painted the engine; didn't want overspray on that pan. So I saw no need to hook up all the stuff when I'll pull it in a week or so.
