Default Magafuel MP-4703 2,500+ pump... who has it?

im wondering if any of you guys have tried this mechanical pump pump and if it can be used on the street with out overheating the pump and fuel. im guessing it cant overheat the fuel as much and the other style pumps that actualy pushes the fuel threw the motor? i have changed my mind to doing a belt driven set-up on my truck but i have my fuel system set-up already with a weldon pump it just gave out.
here is a pic of the set-up and truck.

Most of the heat comes from cycling large amounts of fuel through a hot engine compartment and fuel rails when fuel demand is low. If your going to use that big of an electric on the street, make sure you use a large return and use a BIG cooler on the return. Make sure to use at least a -10 vent or two -8s.

I switched from a Magnafuel 4303 to dual in tank Walbro's because of the heat issue. I never ran either setup yet but I wanted to play it safe and get what looks to work reliably on the street.
