How do you get the harness pins out of an L92/LY6 PCM plug?

How do you get the harness pins out of an L92/LY6 PCM plug? Im going out of town for work so Im dragging this harness along with me to try and get it cleaned up but compared to my LS1 the harness plugs are WAY different and I cant easily see how to remove the pins? Anyone know? Thanks

Surf their site a bit, they got lots to look at and stuff. Also, youtube it, theres some good vids on there. Metri-pack and weather pack.
