Yes, we specialize in porting LS3, LS2 and LS7 intake manifolds and throttle bodies. The cost is as follows:

Basic Porting... $250 (includes return shipping in US)
Radical Porting... $370 (includes return shipping in US)

If we port your throttle body at the same time, it is just $75 additional.

Price on powder coating a 102? I would like the bottom coated as well in red. From the pics it appears smooth is tha how the finish is after?

Any pictures of your ported 102s? Do you port the inside as well, or just the visible parts of the runners and the inlet?

Sorry, no pictures of the 102 porting. On the 102's, we port 4" up into each runner. If we know what heads you are running, we also work to port match the runners to the heads based on the head port dimensions. Unlike the older FAST manifolds, the runners on the 102's do not come apart when the intake cover is removed. But, while there is no advantage to removing the cover for porting the runners, we still remove the cover to clean out all porting debris and then reinstall it before shipping it back to you. With the large 102mm opening, there is no need for porting that opening or the plenum.
