Default Anyone recognize this Caddy?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...6411&viewitem=

I put an offer in and a deposit. Just wondering if anyone knew a previous owner. Looks like the owner may have been a forum member. Curious as to what specific mods it has.

Was previously in Miami

It doesn't look familiar to me...and you dont see STS-V wheels on a CTS-V very often.

Yeah, I'm really surprised they aren't more popular. They're not stupid expensive and they look great.

looks good OP..

to do STS-V wheels RIGHT.. you need longer wheel studs and a spacer.. plus they are still over a grand new... extra work = rare haha

Seriously!? Are there no other cars that use the same wheels from the factory? You would have thought the cost to tool up a new wheel and design a new suspension geometry would have pushed GM to copy at least one other car in the family. This is just stupid... why not 5 lugs? Why not STS and CTS with the same basic wheel?

I must be missing something.

its that mentality which led gm down the path of going bankrupt.

just the tooling and r&d cost to bring each wheel to market is huge, more so for such a low volume vehicle.

I believe it's a 10.5" wheel... so a different backspacing is not surprising.
