BR3W CITY

When I bought my trans, it didn't come with the inspection cover. Its a 4l80e and the truck its from was a late 90s silverado. I have it bolted to my lq4 currently. I've seen that there are 2 different styles, but I'm not sure which one I need for my truck.

Is this correct? I've hear mention of both a 6bolt and 7 bolt cover.
