Northwest Members - What do you think?

Well as most of you all know i ran my car last week at PIR and ran a 11.8 at 115. And i couldnt get better then a 1.7 60 foot. Well i think of having mike pull out my 3.23's and put in my old 3.73's. I wonder how much better it would help my car et and if it will trap a lil higher or stay the same. My goal now with my car is to run 11.50's now with out the bottle

Yeah those 3.42s would be better on the highway then the 3.73's. But i think im going to stick with the 3.73's cause i want to try shave off some time.

Id say tou would need more than those gears to hit 11.50's but that is a great time u pulled down there. Im shootin for 11.9 with the fast. But as u all know my clutch wont really let me hit sub-twelves.

I figure with them gears i should be able to shave off about 2 tenths and also get all my shift points bumped back up to 6600. Cause all my car was shifting at was 6200 to 6300. so that should give a tenth or more in my book.

Thanks man i hope it will but i maybe wrong. i know when i was running a stock motor i was a tenth almost 2 tenths faster with the 3.73's

Once i get a new clutch we will be a damn close race salvage

You should put some $$$ on that Tim.

With the fast a tune and a new clutch ill be in the 11s all day long. But if tim gets these gears and fixes his limiter. Then id probly be better off roll racing him. But i think i can definatly hit an 11.8 once i fix my shit

Tim, I'm working on porting those heads for Wong this weekend. As long as I'm not working OT next week I should be able to get to those gears next week. :thumb:

Yean 11.7 should be something you should be able to get pretty easy
