Default 243 Heads Question

I have been looking at purchasing some 243 Heads for my current build. The place I bought my ls1 from has a set of 243 heads that are currently on a 2007 4.8 motor with about 41000 miles on them. Will these heads work for me on my ls1?

Thanks,

i dont see why they wouldn't work. cause if im not mistake gm changed casting number from 243 to 799 prior to 2007.

which would mean these heads are off a pre 2007 vehicle. but either way i dont see why they would not bolt up.

I bought a set with the D shaped exhaust port, I was told that these were the ones to get, I'm waiting for them to arrive.
