Default battery saver mode and charging system failure

Yesterday when i was on my way to the track i got the messages 'battery saver active' and 'charging system failure'. i checked my alternator and battery today and they are both good but i dont understand why i got these messages on the dic, they would come up each time i would start driving again after shutting the car down.

Anyone know why i might be getting these messages?

And before anyone ask's, i ran a 13.4@99 with a 1.7 60' fighting a missfire that started during my first burnout of the day, ended up having to letoff the gas twice before the end of the track. ended up the cyl 4 sparkplug is cracked and didnt throw a code till i was halfway home

My car had given me the Charging system failure a few times of the last year.. My battery just died on me and replaced last week. the Battery saver active is supposed to come on when battery voltage gets to 11.5v i think

I have the same issue with my 06GP and thought it was the battery. I swaped the stock out with a optima red top and I'm still getting the battery saver active. Only thing I have notticed on my car is it only comes one while my car is ideling at lights or in park never seen it while driving.
