4/19 - Inquired about sale and got immediate response.
Said I would take it and asked for paypal address, again quick reply
Sent paypal and got no reply confirming payment or a thanks
Sent another PM to confirm payment and request tracking number upon shipment, again no reply.
4/20 - Sent another PM to confirm receipt of payment, reply confirmed payment and said would ship 4/21
Sent PM requesting Serial # and Password
4/21 - Replied saying he could not find password was waiting for HPTuners to call or email with password.
4/23 - PM to ask if he got the password, no reply
4/25 - Asked again if he received password, replied saying he was waiting to hear from his girlfriend because she bought it and would ship 4/26 with or without the password.
4/27 - PM to ask about password and shipping
4/28 - Replied and said it had shipped 4/26 and nothing back on password
4/30 - Requested tracking number. (I checked UPS, Fedex and USPS and each said it would be 2 days to ship from his zip to mine) I told him this as well, no reply
5/1 - Sent another PM to warn of paypal claim to be filed, yet again no reply
Filed claim with paypal that afternoon
I know this makes me sound pushy but keep in mind his profile showed that he had signed in after each of my PM's without replying.
I am still hoping that maybe he actually did ship but looking at his recent track record I think I have gotten screwed.
