Default Got Hemi??? Vengeance Racing builds 2009 Dodge Challenger... 568RWHP/603RWTQ

Yes, you read that correctly. Vengeance Racing built a 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8 6.1L Hemi…. Our customer owns a C6 Z06 we built a bit ago and he wanted us to venture into the Hemi market with his new toy… In typical Vengeance fashion we knew a few random bolt ons would not help this lead sled move like it should so with a bit of input from our friends at Injected Engineering we put together a nice list of modifications we knew would produce the results we were looking for.

Modifications Include:

Engine
Vengeance Racing Spec Custom Camshaft
Comp 918 spring Kit with Titanium Retainers
Hardened Pushrods

Power Adder

Magnuson TVS 2300 Supercharger
Innovators West 16% Overdrive Dampner
Snow Performance Stage III Methanol Injection System

Fuel System

Fore Precision Triple Intank Return Style Fuel System with boost referenced regulator

Exhaust

American Racing 1 7/8 Stainless Longtube Headers with 3” Catted Connection Pipes
DMH Dual Electric Cutouts
Factory Axleback

Suspension
H&R Fully adjustable Coilovers

Programming
Custom Tuning VIA Diablo Sport by Vengeance PCM

Very well done, Ron!

It's great to see Vengeance continue to expand your core competencies growing outside of the LS platform

If you can keep them from wheel hopping they seem to be doing pretty good.

Ron,

How did you like the fit/finish of the blower? We have a customer in the shop who we are doing a 69 Daytona clone for and he is talking about us putting in pretty much this exact setup. We were discussing it last night and I immediately thought of this thread.

I'll PM you if you want.

Isn't HP Tuners supposed to be developing software to better tune them?

Theres nothing missing from the current tuning option

I bet this car starts, runs and cruises like stock until you lean into the throttle a little. Theres not much you can't do with these 6.1s from giant cams to massive amounts of boost, the tuning is there.

Really? So you have the ability to adjust the tune using a tuner suite like HPtuners, EFIlive etc for a completely custom tune or is it a flash tune setup only? The reason I ask is because my dad has a 2010 challenger and is quite jealous of how I'm able to get my car to run and idle just like factory with everything I've done to it. He really likes how I can data log and make adjustments on the fly.
