Default LS3 flex plate fit an LS1

Hello, I'm currently rebuilding an LS1, and have access to a brand new LS3 Flex plate for free. It'll have a 4L60E connected when it's all finished. I haven't put it up to the motor yet to look at bolt hole alignment, but just wanted to see if anyone knows off the top of their head if it will fit or not? I'm just walking through some planning now to see what parts I may/may not need.

Thanks,

Yes, you should be good to go. It will be the dished style. Some of the earlier LS3 flexplates were a little thicker, so hopefully you got one of those!!

Nice!! Thanks for the info, and great post with pics. :-) I'll go ahead and use the LS3 one for sure then.

NP man. Just to let you know Dave at yank recomended this FP with my ss3600 stall. Said it was very strong. He refered to it as the Trailblazer FP.
