Default Best camshaft for my SS

I want to get a cam for my '02 SS. I was wondering if there are any real gains as to upgrading the cam if everything else on the motor is stock. Any suggestions? A lopey idle is fine, as long as it doesn't stall all of the time. Thanks guys!

I would suggest a set of longtubes if you want to take full advantage of a cam.

Just remember the bigger you go the more you'll get & the more drivability you'll sacrifice with the larger cam.
To optimize any cam install will include some degree of tuning on the PCM.
