Pontiac G8 2008-2010 - radar detectors

Where is everyone running their wires? Anyone hardwire theirs in? I have a Escort 8500 X50. I just bought the car so right now I as using the cig lighter plug for mine. Would like to see pictures of install's

The invisicord will allow you to connect the radar detector to the wiring in the rear view mirror, which keeps the wiring out of sight. I don't have one since I have a cordless radar detector, but quite a few people used it with good results.
