Cranks but no start?

Cranks but no start? I was going to take my car to work yesterday morning. It would crank fine but not start. Tried twice and then took the DD instead. When I got home I turned on the ignition to make sure I could hear the fuel pump and I could. turn the ignition off and back on again. Yeah, still hear the pump. I tried to start and it started normally. What does LS1TECH think it was?
A little background. I spun a bearing back in January and replaced the motor with a cammed LS3 (with 24x reluctor). Since then I have had to crank it a little longer before starting. This was the first time for not starting though. The car dynos at 438/405, which seems to be a little low.
