Default Diablosport 7191??

I was wondering if they were worth it for my 06 impala ss? I had one for my hemi and thought it worked great. How much difference could you feel?
I am also looking to purchase one but cant post in the classifieds yet. Thanks for your help.

just got a used one two days ago.

I feel like it makes a decent difference if u have some mods..Def feels like i gained a little top end..i ditched DOD which im almost 90% sure will help the longevity of my car...also the transmission shifts are wayyyyy smoother. I say go for it..I wouldnt buy one new though. For around 200 or less, definitly worth it.

because, the amount of power/torque being delivered to the tranny from the engine is different, so that affects the tranny characteristics....

just like the amount of engine load changes the way the tranny shifts too...

np man, you're welcome!

yeah, you have to have a certain number of forum posts first (10 I think), before you can do the classifieds or PM people... it's to fight off forum/site spammers...

definitely interesting....I think I am going to snag one of these for my '06 TBSS. How much do typically charge for a custom tune on one of those?

predators are about 280-300, plus about 30-40 for the pc interface kit you need to buy for it...

trinity's are 600...

I can do custom tuning (125) for ya for either one... but the Trinity's the better way to go... predators will not be getting any new feature updates in the future - they are memory/storage space limited, are at the end of their lifespan and will be phased out...

however, the Trinity is diablo's top of the line programmer, and WILL be getting more future updates, such as the ability to tune more than one vehicle at a time... the Trinity has more features, better data logging, easier to use, some more parameters available in the tune template for custom tuning, etc.

I shot'cha a PM...
