Default SLP Oil Pump red or blue

Hey guys just got my SLP oil pump and was wondering what spring to go with, the red or the blue. I've read the red spring will give you more pressure. The oi pump will go on my blown (D-1) AES 390, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

red spring is good, I ran blue spring in my engine it was fine, 35-40psi idle warmed up. Red spring i've seen 50psi at idle.
