Default Do you have: a cam, long tubes, and no cats?

Looking for Dyno graphs, SAE or corrected, doesn't matter.

Looking for cars with full off-road exhaust and a cam. Stock LS6 heads and intake. Most importantly what cam and the LSA.

Thanks guys!

Kooks, no cats and SNL v.2 cam.

They dont give cam specs but it was developed for a 4000lb GTO. Its mid to low 230's and high lift. The LSA is 111+x.

I have longtubes, no cats, stock ls6 heads/intake, x-pipe. My cam is the Thunder Racing RapTR cam. 236/242 .615/.615 111+2. I only dyno'd 392rwhp. It seems to be leveling off around 6k rpms and starts pulling vacuum and injectors are at 110%.

From what I've been told by others (and the designer of the cam) is that I am just not flowing enough air...which isnt such a bad thing because then I'd really be taxing the injectors..lol. Its either that or I have other issues that I am not aware of with this motor. This cam puts out NICE numbers with a fast intake and bigger injectors.

I think I want a bigger cam, but I don't want to sacrifice my tq. I'm just trying to get an idea of where other cam's tq starts coming on....

You really sacrifice low end when you go big. With your numbers for the work involved i dont see more then a 5-10rwhp gain with a bigger cam. with the way you have been talking you just need to realize your not gonna get what you want from the car.

The power you made cam only with that size cam is about as good as you can possibly get and another 10rwhp is not going to be noticeable. It time to go FI or sell the car bottom line.

Here is mine but I have High Flow cats which shouldnt be much fo a difference. Cant see much but you made more power and tq throughout the whole range then me. Im definetly not satisfied N/A thats why I love the spray you cant beat that torque. Thats also why I stopped modding where im at and have built the ls1 mustang. Sorry the pic is small i had to size it down to get it to load here.

399/360 on motor 393/359 with nitrous tune
496/510 on 100 shot

I'll be doing milled (~11:1) TEA stage 1 243's, most bang for your buck from what I gather. I just want to maximize my gains with the heads, as far as the cam goes. Something with more top end pull, right now it "feels" like it drops off too soon... Or maybe I'll gain a decent amount with just heads??

What's the general rule of thumb when adding a set of cnc'd oem castings? 40hp/20tq? Will I lose low end with heads?

So many questions lol
