Default N.O.S. dry shot (100) + 382 stroker... how much timing?

I plan on spraying my newly built 382 stroker this year and was wondering what all the nitrous gurus felt would be a "safe" amount of timing...

Right now I have 25 degrees peak timing N/A... when I spray I'll be running 100 octane most of the time... but may be on only 93 octane a few times.

Compression: 11.3:1
Engine: Lunati 382 rotating assembly, LS6 block, TEA Stage II 5.3L heads, LS6 intake manifold, 232/240 593/603 112 camshaft

Fuel: FMS 42lb (3-bar) injectors, Walbro 255 in-tank fuel pump

I want to spray a 100 shot on top of my current setup... how many degrees of timing (if any?) should I pull to be safe?

I'll probably be fine fuel wise right? (fyi stock MAF, w/screen)

Thanks!

Trials and autotaping the best way to determine that. Monitor any KR and back up 1 degree. Run colder plugs TR6s gapped .040.

descreen the MAF, that helps with airflow and N2O dispersion.

I'm shooting 150 dry, stock timming but a bit rich on the fuel.No KR.
