Signature Testing & Design - Sig Help Needed

I am trying to enter my restoration thread into my sig. I have seen some poeple who did the same. However, my sig only shows the "URL", and not the thread title.

Is there a way I can do this, or can a moderator do it for me so that the actual thread tile is displayed in the sig, rather than the URL like it is now?
