Default new TNT kit help

first off i wired the kit and think i got a bad power relay,can't get power to the noid.so i wanted to see if it was bad noids hooked them up hot and they worked. now comes to find out the nitrous noid will not close all the way.
Any idea on what to do.

Call up TNT and tell them the situtation if the kit is new.

Sounds like a swollen plunger. Rebuild or replace.
