Default How do you bench bleed?

I got a new master cylinder and would like to bench bleed it before I install it, are there any good write-ups out there on how to do this correctly?

thanks

I somewhat "bench bled" mine once i installed it. I made sure the resevoir was full and before i connected it to the slave cylinder and had a buddy push the pedal(not all the way down) while i popped open the end of the line. just dont hold the line open or youll be letting air back in . then went about bleeding it normally through the slave.

You can bench bleed it while it's installed:

I suppose you could use the remote speed bleeder with this as well. Just route the speed bleeder end into the fluid res and you should be good. Am I correct?
