They have some minor scratches on the finish but overall a 7/10 I would say. I just polished them up.

Bolts included, gaskets NOT included.

Used set of NASTY Performance LS1/LS2 [center bolt heads] Valve Covers w/-10AN breather fittings and bungs for LS1 coil brackets.

New:

No, they are 2" tall. But I was able to use my standard GM performance parts plug wires with them having the cool be right onto of the cover.
