LS6 no start/run in Fiero swap

LS6 no start/run in Fiero swap I have an LS6 in my Fiero that starts, runs, and shuts down after 5 seconds. Based on info in the forums, it seems the people have had VATs causing this problem after it has been turned off in the computer. Mine has been turned off by Street and performance, plus it has been working for a few years. Does anyone know if I can use a TechII to verify and/or turn off VATS? Any other sugestions are welcome as well?
