Which heads? 5.3 or 5.7 Was originally gonna go with some stage 2 5.7 heads but now i'm reconcidering getting some 5.3 stage 2 heads. Which would be better? I have a B1 cam on the way just trying to decide which heads to go with.

Re: Which heads? 5.3 or 5.7 How much compression do you want to run. Talk to the head porter about the compression ratios that you will get with each head.

Re: Which heads? 5.3 or 5.7 Whatever will give the most power. I might end up running a 100 shot later on. I know the 5.3 heads give more compression but is there any advantage to more compression?

Re: Which heads? 5.3 or 5.7 I recc: 5.7 heads with shaving to suit compression. Area around valves is critical to good flow, decking heads removes unimportant area of chamber better way to go IMHO. More compression is better N/A for idle quality, throttle response and extending power band.
