fwiw I got my Formula with a WS6 hood and high rise hatch with roughly the same mileage for ~$7500 out the door. But price also depends on area, and that's a clean looking car so it's all relative.

This probably belongs in the 'What's It Worth' section but in the meantime I will state that the price is in line for a retail dealership, provided it is presented accurately. Of course offer less but you won't know how much until you see and drive it. Is it a T/A or a Formula?? Is the title clear? Any accidents? Make sure the clutch and tranny are OK. Really be careful when a dealership or salesman spells manual like his brother 'manuel'.

my advice, try to stay away from smaller shady dealers like that. a friend of mine bought a formula a year back from a small dealer like that and the car came with a warranty. when it didnt start a week later, he called the dealer only to find out they closed their doors two days earlier. on another note i personally paid about 1k more for a newer ws6 with less miles, definitely check it out but don't be trigger happy.

I'd say offer like 1500$ less in full and try and work a deal inbetween there....
