Road Racing - A&A Corvette autocross video. 5/15/2011

First time at this parking lot. It was very bumpy with torn up asphalt. Seemed to me that the line was 12" narrower then my car. You can hear all the gravel hitting my fenders around the whole track. Made for some sloppy steering and throttle inputs. Traction and then no traction was every other second. Just made the best of what I had, and fortunately got top time of the day. The video is kind of boring.

No kidding! Sounds like you're driving continuously over a repaving job... yikes!

Nice job over the bumpy road! Lot of small rocks.. That Vette hooks and seems to pull like a freight train!

Thanks guys. I'm heading off to another one this weekend. 5/21-22 I'm going to practice in my car Saturday, then race a stock 2004 Z06 Corvette on street tires Sunday. More videos to come.
