Default 9" questions

okay so we have a few oe/used ford 9" center sections laying around in working shape, would they be usable with a moser 9" housing and axle's, im sure this is a dumb questions, but hey, ya gotta learn somehow lol

...but I wouldn't consider it unless you found one with a nodular case.

We have many customers buy housing and axle packages and used stock cases to get them by. Nothing really wrong with it but like anything else you need to use parts based off your vehicle and intentions of use.

Yep, a nodular case would be best but a non nodular case would be a lot stronger than a OE 10 bolt, just need to match up the # of axel spline count of the moser axel and the count of the 9" center
